You can now record or upload videos directly from the app wherever you previously attached images, documents, or files. This makes it easier than ever to document asset conditions, safety observations, or maintenance walkthroughs — all in real time.
Key Features:
- Upload from gallery or record video directly in the app
- In-app video playback via Energos.ai’s built-in player
- Supported formats: MP4 and MOV (legacy support for FLV, MKV, AVI, and 3GP has been removed for performance consistency)
- Video duration is now visible while recording
- Improved layout and UI of the video camera component
- If the video camera gets stuck, users can swipe down to dismiss and try again — no app restart required
- Enhanced touch responsiveness of camera, video, and image picker buttons
- All image labels updated to “Media” where applicable
- Thumbnail styling now features a clean 5px border radius for improved visual clarity
Cross-Platform Compatibility

- Videos uploaded from iOS Photos app are now playable on Android, ensuring better cross-platform functionality for distributed teams.
