Earlier this February, our founder, Rajesh Solanki, attended Charging USA 2026 and had the opportunity to connect with leaders across the EV charging ecosystem — including charging network operators, utilities, fleet teams, infrastructure providers, and technology partners working to accelerate the future of electrification
Throughout the event, one theme was consistently clear: as EV adoption continues to scale, the industry’s focus is rapidly shifting from simply deploying chargers to ensuring long-term reliability, operational efficiency, and network performance.
Across conversations and panels, there was strong alignment around several key challenges facing the industry today:
1. Improving charger uptime and reliability
2. Gaining real-time operational visibility across networks
3. Reducing downtime through predictive maintenance
4. Scaling infrastructure operations without scaling operational complexity
5. Using AI and automation to move from reactive to proactive operations
A major highlight, was seeing Rajesh Solanki speak on a panel discussing the future of EV charging operations, the growing importance of predictive maintenance, and how AI-driven workflows can help operators build more resilient and scalable charging networks.
Events like Charging USA continue to reinforce how important collaboration will be as the industry matures. The conversations, insights, and partnerships formed during the event reflected both the challenges and the enormous momentum driving the EV infrastructure space forward.
